ScalingConfiguration
This class encapsulates and extends the ROS resource type ALIYUN::ESS::ScalingConfiguration
, which is used to create a scaling configuration for a scaling group.

If you specify Cpu and Memory, Auto Scaling determines the available instance types based on factors such as I/O optimization requirements and zones.
